Resolved via an increase in the number of gateway pods and fixing the domain. Domain normalization for collection issued packages created to prevent this from happening again.

Pods returning ImagePullBackError and caused the services to be unavailable. Re-routed traffic from EU to NA. New images rebuilt to restore EU services.
